Term 1, Week 6. (14/02/2009)
Subject: Start of my CCA leadership course.Today was the start of my Cadet Leader Training Course (CLTC), which was the course the Sec 3s had to go through in order to take over the entire unit. It was actually not as difficult and tough as I had imagined it to be, but the lectures were lengthy and had much information that was to be absorbed by us.
We had to have certain attributes: Becoming a coterie, altruistic in helping one another, gergarious, getting out of our bulwark zone, etc. It was hard to communicate with the instructors, as we were indigenous to them. Nevertheless, they tried to portray a friendly image. It was quite a nice day today.
